With nearly 20 years of diverse administrative experience, primarily in the real estate sector, I am now offering my services remotely, leveraging the flexibility and efficiency that this working model provides. I am highly skilled at quickly adapting to new processes, ensuring smooth integration into any business environment.

I specialize in a wide range of administrative tasks, including general reception services such as ordering supplies, managing appointments, and maintaining office organization. In sales administration, I am experienced in processing listing contracts, coordinating photoshoots, designing marketing materials like signboards and brochures, launching online marketing campaigns, and managing sales contracts through to settlement. I also handle invoice processing, inputting supplier invoices for payment, and providing property management assistance by preparing contracts for signatures, launching marketing efforts, and processing rental applications.

Additionally, I offer proofreading services to ensure documentation is error-free and professionally presented, as well as crafting compelling resumes and cover letters tailored to specific opportunities.
